4 Pork Chops
1 C Rice (white/brown long cooking)
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
1 Med. Chopped Onion
1/2 C. chopped bell pepper
3 oz tomato Sauce
1 Jalapeņo, chopped
garlic salt, cayenne, black pepper
Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1.In heavy skillet brown seasoned pork and set aside
2.In same skillet pour the cooking oil and heat on medium heat - add rice and stir until it loses it translucency and puffs
3.Stir in onion and peppers, then tomato sauce to which spices have been added
4.Lay pork chops on top of mixture and add boiling water
5.Cover and cook until water is absorbed and the rice is done - may need to add more boiling water
6.May add cheddar cheese on top last 5 minutes of cooking
