1/2 cup soft butter
1 egg yolk 1 egg white beaten 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
Chopped nuts to roll cookies in
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar together .Add egg yolk and flour.
Make into balls and dip into beaten egg white.
Roll in ground nuts
Place on a greased cookie sheet and press center od cookie with thumb. Add jelly to centre
Bake 325º for 15-18 Minutes
