1 lb. peanut butter sandwich cookies, coarsely crumbled
1 stick butter melted
2 cups peanut butter chips
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
2 cups rice krispies

Preheat oven 350º
13X9 baking pan- spray with cooking spray
pulverize cookies in food processor until fine crumbs
add melted butter until clumps appear
press clumps into pan
bake 15 minutes until golden
melt peanut butter chips, corn syrup, 4 Tbsp butter, and vanilla in saucepan over medium low heat stirring until smooth about 5 min.
Spread 1/2 c. of peanut mixture over crumb base.
Top with marshmallow and return bars to oven.
Bake until marshmallows puff, about 2 min.
don't let marshmallows turn brown.
Toss peanuts and cereal with remaining peanut mixture to coat.
Drop spoonfuls of the topping over the marshmallows, then spread with spatula (sprayed with cooking spray)
cool bars before cutting with knife (sprayed with cooking spray)
