2 boxes/bags bow tie pasta (cooked & drained)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
small squirt of mustard
1/2 of a red onion, finely diced
1 whole red pepper diced
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, vinegar, oil and mustard. Pour over noodles (I don't cool them totally) Add onion, red pepper and parsley flakes. Stir several times during the day. Best if made at least 24 hours ahead of time.
**If the sauce totally soaks up, or I think it needs more, I always use equal parts sugar and vinegar. I might make another 1/2 c of each and pour over the noodles.
