2 Cups Flour (I usually use whole wheat, or half whole wheat and half white)
2 Tblsp. sugar
1 Tblsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 cups milk
2 medium bananas
6 Tblsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts (either pecans or walnuts)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Add approximately 1/2 cup of batter to your waffle iron per waffle. Cook according to your waffle iron instructions. ( when making multiple waffles you can put the oven on 200º degrees and keep the waffles warms while you finish cooking the rest )
