Shrimp:
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. old Bay seasoning
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed
1 lb. unpeeled large shrimp (26-30 count)
3/4 cup beer, at room temperature


Garlic cheese biscuits:
2 cups White Lily self rising flour
1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 to 1-1/2 cup buttermilk
1 to 1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp. garlic powder

Shrimp:
Melt butter with Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, pepper and rosemary in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 minutes. Pour beer into skillet. Cook and stir 3 minutes or just until shrimp turns pink. Serve immediately with garlic cheese biscuits.

Biscuits:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, oil, garlic powder and buttermilk in bowl. Fold in cheddar cheese. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet and cook at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes until well done or drop by spoonfuls into a greased muffin pan and cook at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.
