6 chicken thighs
1/2 lb. hot sausage link or polish sausage, sliced up
3 cups water
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 can (26 oz.) Del Monte spaghetti sauce
1 can (11 oz.) Del Monte whole kernel corn, drained
1 medium green bell pepper, diced

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In shallow baking pan, place chicken and sausage. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool slightly. Remove skin from chicken. Cut meat into cubes. Cut sausage into 1/2 inch thick. In 6 quart pot, bring water and broth to boil. Add chicken, sausage and rice. Cover. Cook on medium for 15 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce, corn and bell pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
