7 or 8 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 egg, beaten

Sour Cream Sauce:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. chicken broth
2 T. lemon juice
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crackers, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and seasoning salt together. Dip chicken in egg and than in cracker mixture. Place in buttered pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Top with sour cream sauce.
Sour Cream sauce: Heat in sauce pan until hot: soup,broth and lemon juice. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
