3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. corn starch
2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, mix milk and corn starch. Add sugars. Boil until soft ball stage (240º) on a cooking thermometer. Add vanilla, nuts and butter. Beat with a hand beater until fudge looks and feels slightly hard. Pour into a buttered pan. Cool and cut.
