6 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. horseradish
6 slices white bread
1 lb. sausage links
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crust off white bread and cut into cubes. Dice, cook and drain sausage links. Mix first five ingredients and set aside. Butter a 9" x 13" baking dish. Combine eggs and milk, spices, bread cubes and sausage. Pour into baking dish. Top with grated cheese and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
