2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
pinch salt
1 stick butter
1/2 c cooking oil
4 T. cocoa
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Icing: 1 stick butter
4 T. cocoa
5-6 T. milk
1 box sifted powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bring to boil butter, cooking oil, cocoa, and water.
Cool.
Sift flour, sugar, and salt together.
Pour cocoa mixture into dry ingredients and stir by hand until mixed.
Mix together buttermilk, soda, eggs, and vanilla; add to batter and stir well.
Pour into greased sheet cake pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes
Icing: Bring butter, cocoa, and milk to boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts.
Spread on warm cake.
