2 lbs. chicken livers
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Garlic salt to taste (lots)
Onion salt to taste (lots)
2 tsp. sugar
Worcestershire sauce (medium)
6-7 drops Tabasco Sauce
Salt to taste (medium)
Pepper to taste (medium)
3 Tbsp. water, use water from the boiled chicken livers
3-4 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken livers in boiling water and cook until done. While the chicken livers are still hot, mash completely, removing the veins. Add all the remaining ingredients except the mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Refrigerate until time to serve and at that time add the mayonnaise to make it of spreading consistency.
