1/2 pounds mushrooms, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
splash of lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Thick curls Parmesan Cheese
Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, finely grated

Over medium heat saute mushrooms, onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons olive oil until the mushroom starts to golden and the onion is soft. Add the stock, cream, lemon juice and dill. Simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Serve over pasta and top with fresh thick curls grated Parmesan cheese and finely grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese.
