½ lb. corn beef brisket, shaved & chopped into slices
16 oz. sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
2 T. chopped pepper relish (optional)

Preheat oven to 350º and lightly Grease 1 quart baking dish. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
