Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pork roast
1 package frozen green chiles (they are in a sack in the freezer department)
2 cans rotel tomatoes
4 Tablespoon corn starch (I add this to the rotel so it doesn't get lumpy
1 large container of chicken broth
1/4 chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the port until it starts pulling apart. You can do this the night before and take some of the juice (1 to 2 cups) to put in the refrigerator and add to mix. The grease comes to the top and can be skimmed off.

Mix all ingredients and let simmer. You will need to adjust your corn starch if you add additional liquid and more green chiles depending on how much you make.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Roll cheese and beans in a tortilla, heat and spoon over hot green chili. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.
