2 tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. vermicelli (thin spaghetti)
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 medium onions, diced
1 28 oz. can tomatoes
1/2 cup hot water
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 can corn, drained
1 to 3 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
dash of salt and pepper

Preheat an electric skillet to 325 degrees. Melt oil and brown spaghetti. Add meat and cook it. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Reduce heat to 200 degrees. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Put layer of sharp cheese on top. Cook for 5 more minutes.
