8 or 9 asparagus spears
½ (16 oz) package frozen phyllo dough sheets, thawed
¼ c butter, melted
¼ c Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Directions:
Directions:
Snap off the tough ends. Unwrap phyllo and cut the stack in half lengthwise. Reserve 1 stack for later use. Cover phyllo with damp towel to keep from drying out.
Take 1 sheet phyllo and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Place 2 to 3 spears on the short end and roll up like a jelly roll.
Place each, seam side down, on baking sheet. Brush with more melted butter and sprinkle more Parmesan on the top.
Bake @ 375 for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown/crispy
