4 cups cornbread crumbs
1 stick oleo, melted
2 cups chicken broth
2-1/2 cups chopped chicken
3/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 eggs (beaten) with enough milk to make one cup just before baking. Mix all ingredients together well and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Do not over bake. Cook until golden brown and set.
To make your own chicken broth: Add butter and salt to chicken water.
