1/2 c. light brown sugar (firmly packed)
7 tbsp. regular oats (un-cooked)
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/3 c. cold butter
2 small ripe bananas (mashed, about one cup).
2 large eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter (melted)
1½ c. flour
1½ tsp. baking flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans (toasted and chopped)

Directions:

Combine first three ingredients. Cut in 1/3 c. butter with a pastry blender until crumbly, Chill streusel.
Beat banana and the next three ingredients in a large mixing bowl at medium speed, with a mixer until smooth.
Combine flour and the next three ingredients. Add to banana mixture, beat until moist. Stir in vanilla and pecans.
Spoon batter into 3 mini disposable loaf pans. Sprinkle each loaf evenly with the streusel.
Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
Cool on racks.

These are great for gifts. Just take out of the tin when cool, and wrap in plastic wrap. Then wrap with a ribbon.
