20 lb turkey
2 qt. water
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 lb. butter
2 lb Velveeta cheese (an extra pound can be added)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake turkey. Baste with water, salt, pepper and 1/4 pound butter. Roast till done. Remove meat from bones. While still warm, cut into bite sized pieces.
Measure 10 cups broth. Melt 1/2 pound butter and the Velveeta cheese in broth. Pour over warm turkey. Cook until heated through. Serve on buns. Will make 2 (5 qt ) pails full. Freezes well.
