3 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup of Mayonnaise
1 bag Sargento Colby & Monterrey Jack mix, shredded
1 bag frozen Broccoli Florets,
1 small box frozen, chopped Broccoli
Salt & Pepper to taste
8-10 slices Bacon, crisp and crumbled OR
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

Cook chicken until tender. Cool enough to handle and shred by hand. Chop the broccoli into bite size chunks. Combine the chicken and broccoli and add in the soup, mayonnaise, bag of cheese and salt and pepper. Transfer to a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Cover with bacon OR crackers and the cheddar cheese. Bake in a 375º oven until bubbling, about 30 minutes. Serve with bread

You can use any kind of cheeses you prefer. I buy Sargento because it is the only bag cheese that is 100% all cheese with no fillers. Chopped onions and celery are also a good addition to this.
