1 cups boneless chicken breasts, cooked
5.25 ounces cream of Chicken soup
0.125 cup chicken broth
0.125 cup sour cream
0.25 sleeve Ritz crackers
1.5 tablespoon margarine, melted
0.25 tablespoon poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.  Mix chicken, soup, broth, and sour cream.  Stir well, divide and pour into indicated number of 8x8 dishes.  Crush Ritz crackers in ziploc bag.  Mix crackers, margarine, and poppy seed in a small bowl.   Top chicken with the cracker mixture.  Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes at 350.  Serve over rice or noodles if desired.

Freezing Directions:
Prepare as above but do not bake.  Cover well with foil, label, and freeze.  To serve: Thaw in fridge.  Heat oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.  Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
