1 lb. grated New York or sharp cheddar cheese
1 t. salt
2 (6 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 clove garlic, mashed
3 dashes Tobasco Sauce
1 T. Worchestershire Sauce
2 T. mayonnaise
¼ t. dry mustard
1 T. onion juice
1 oz. chili powder
1 oz. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except chili powder and paprika. Work until smooth paste is formed. Divide into two rolls about the diameter of a silver dollar. Mix chili powder and paprika together and pour mixture onto wax paper on a flat surface. Roll each roll into the mixture until completely coated on the outside. Wrap each roll in wax paper and refrigerate overnight to ripen. Serve with assorted crackers.
