2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 garlic clove (sliced)
1/4 tsp. fresh thyme (chopped)
1 lb. fresh green beans
1 tbsp. fresh ginger (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a 8 x 8 pan, add green beans and toss to coat. Bake at 400°. Stir occasionally for 20 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Toss in ginger.
