2 Bunches of asparagus, cleaned and woody ends trimmed (I just snap the ends off).
2 or 3 Tabs. olive oil
Pepper
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400º

Line a baking pan with foil and add the olive oil. Spread the asparagus evenly on the pan, sprinkle with pepper. Toss to coat. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and sprinkle a couple of Tabs. of Parmesan cheese over.
