2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon, or more to taste
1 jar caramel sauce
3 Skor bars, crushed up
Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In the bowl of your mixer, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and cinnamon until blended and smooth. Taste to see if you want more cinnamon.
Chill in the refrigerator until the mixture has set. Form the cream cheese mixture into a rounded mound in the center of a large round serving platter, pour the caramel sauce over the top of the cheese mound, sprinkle the crushed candy bars over the top. Arrange apple slices around the platter.

This amazing dish came from one of the gals I play bunco with. It turned out to be the big hit that night, and we all came home with the recipe!
