3 pkg. orange jello (unsweetened)
1 can unsweetened fruit cocktail
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 reg. size Cool Whip (low fat)

In bowl add 2 1/4 cup of hot water (include juice from canned fruit). Lightly oil pan mold with Pam so jello will unmold easily. Pour Jello in bottom of mold pan and place in refrigerator to partially congeal. Make sure it is level. Let remaining Jello cool. Stir in Cool Whip and blend well and add fruit cocktail to mixture. Remove partially congealed Jello from refrigerator and place mandarin slices on top. Spool Cool Whip mixture on top to cover. Leave in refrigerator overnight covered with Saran wrap.
