2 to 2 1/2 pound round steak
1-- 1 1/2 oz. package of dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup water
1-- 10 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup. (Do not dilute)

Cut teak into serving size pieces. Place in crock pot and cover with onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
