SALAD: 1 head iceberg lettuce (Broken into bite size pieces)
1 bunch Romaine Lettuce (Broken into bite size pieces)
5 green onions (chopped)
Mix together in a large bowl – chill.

DRY MIX: 2 Pkg. Chicken Ramon Noodles
1 Pkg. (4 0z) sliced almonds
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds (optional)
1/2 cup melted butter
Break up the Ramon noodles (small) put in melted butter on cookie sheet. Add almonds and sesame seeds and mix to cover dry ingredients. Toast in oven 8-10 minutes at 400o or until golden brown. Cool. DO NOT ADD TO GREENS UNTIL JUST BEFORE SERVING.

DRESSING:
1/2 cup Canola or Vegetable oil
2 Tbs. Soy Sauce
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
2 Pkg seasoning mix from the Ramon Noodles.

Put all ingredients in a saucepan, cook on medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Do not boil. Let cool. DO NOT ADD TO GREENS UNTIL JUST BEFORE SERVING
