2 c. flour ( whole wheat or unbleached white )
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
2 c. sour milk ( just add 2 Tbsp. lemon juice to regular milk )

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. Mix all dry ingredients with a fork.
3. Mix egg and milk and pour over dry ingredients; mix until all ingredients are moistened.
4. Pour into 9x12 pan and bake 20 minutes at 400.
5. Serve with chili.
