2 c. Tofu
2 c. potato, mashed
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. corn meal mush
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Form into balls the size of a walnut. Roll in bread crumbs and bake at 350º
Serve with tartar sauce.

(Tartar Sauce: 1 cup mayonnaise mixed with 1 tablespoon chopped onion, green pepper, parsley and olives, 1 tbsp. tomato and lemon juice and salt and paprika to taste.)
