1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon margarine
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanuts, sugar and corn syrup in a large microwave safe bowl, mix well. Microwave on High for 4 minutes. Stir.
Microwave on High another 4 minutes. Stir in margarine and vanilla.
Microwave on High for 1 minute.
Quickly stir in baking soda. Stir gently till mixture is light and foamy.
Pour onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Cool until hard. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
