Ingredients:  
1 Cup Grapenuts (I use Post Grapenut Cereal)
1 1/2 cup Boiling Water
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp.. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Cups Milk
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix grapenuts with boiling water and let stand until grapenuts are softened.
Beat 2 eggs with the sugar
Add Vanilla, Salt and Milk
Pour in softened grapenuts
Do Not Stir
Pour into baking dish
Dot top with butter
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
