1/4 c soft butter or margarine
4 eggs
1/2 c bisquick
2 c milk
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 oz coconut or 1/2 cup

350º 40 minutes

but in blender 2 minutes and bake. Pour into pie plate.Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.
