Package of boneless porkchops
Pepper
Butter
1 jar of sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Pepper both sides of pork chops and brown both sides in buttered frying pan. Place in crockpot and then add jar of sauerkraut. Cook for crockpot for 4 to 6 hours. The longer you leave it in the crockpot the more tender the meat will be. Serve with mashed potatoes.
