3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 tbsp beef bullion
2 1/4 cup milk
1 can chicken broth
1 lb smoked sausage (cooked)
2 eggs
12 oz ricotta cheese
16 oz sauerkraut
2 cups Monterey jack cheese
Lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour & bouillons gradually add milk then add sausage. Mix the 2 eggs and 12 oz of ricotta cheese together. Spread one cup sausage mixture in 13x9 pan. Layer w/ noodles sausage mixture, ricotta cheese/eggs mixture, Monterey jack cheese & sauerkraut. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
