1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
14.5 oz can diced fire roasted tomatoes
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup water
1 1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large nonstick skillet, cook beef & onion over medium heat & drain. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, water, chili powder, oregano & salt. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni. Reduce heat; cover & simmer for 20-23 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Sprinkle the cheese; cover & cook 2-3 minutes or longer until cheese is melted.
