2 pkgs yeast
1/4 C warm water
1 C milk
1/4 C shortening
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
5 C flour (soft dough)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Scald milk; add shortening, sugar & salt. Cool to lukewarm, add yeast & eggs, beat in flour. Place dough in greased bowl, cover with plastic & set in warm place. Let rise until double in bulk, knead once, let rise again. Roll or pat out to 1/2" thickness. Cut in 5" squares. Place 3 T Runza mixture in center, fold corners to center, & pinch together,. Place on greased cookie sheet, let ruse 25 minutes. Bake at 350 30-45 minutes or until top is golden brown. May also use Hot Roll Mix or Frozen Dough.
