1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
5 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 (12 oz.) pkg. link sausage
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, cheese, sour cream and milk. Place 1/2 potatoes in buttered 13x9 inch baking dish. Cover with 1/2 soup mix. Repeat layers. Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are almost done. Brown sausage and drain. Cut sausage links into pieces. Place on top of potatoes. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes.
