1 package lemon cake mix
1 package 3.4 oz instant lemon pudding and pie filling mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons poppy seed
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons each fresh lemon juice, low-fat milk and melted butter
1 to 2 drops yellow food coloring
Poppy seed for garnish

Preheat oven to 350º. Coat a 10-inch bundt pan with vegetable spray.

In electric mixer bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and poppy seed. mix on low to combine ingredients; beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into pan.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 25 minutes; invert onto serving platter. Cool completely.

To make glaze: in small bowl mix sugar, lemon juice, milk, butter and food coloring until smooth. Drizzle over cake sprinkle with poppy seed.
