3 lbs round steak, cut 1/4 inch thick
25-30 bamboo skewers, 8 inches long, soaked in water
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c oil
1/2 c thinly sliced green onions
3 large garlic cloves, minced (1 Tbsp)
4 tsp sesame seeds, lightly toasted
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp grated fresh ginger.

Cut steak into 1 inch strips. Thread on skewers, placing 2 strips on each skewer. In a large bowl combine the soy sauce, oil, onions, garlic, sesame seeds, brown sugar and ginger. Stir well. Place the skewered beef in a glass or ceramic 9x13 pan. Pour marinade over beef and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 to 6 hours. Grill skewered meat over medium coals or under broiler, grilling 2 minutes per side.
