2 loaves white bread
4 stalks celery
1 large sweet onion
1lb. Butter
3 cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
1 to 2 T. Poultry seasoning
Fresh rosemary, dill, thyme, parsley and sage, finely minced

Cube bread and leave in large uncovered bowl overnight so it can slightly dry out.
Next day: finely chop onions and celery. I actually puree them so my kids will eat it.
Melt butter in large skillet and saute onions and celery until softened. Add salt and pepper and poultry seasoning and stir until combined.
Add soup to pan and stir until well mixed and creamy. Add fresh herbs and pour whole mixture over bread cubes.
Mix well. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
May use to stuff turkey right before roasting or pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

The soup makes this the most moist and flavorful stuffing I have ever had! The dill is the secret ingredient....don't leave it out!
