1st layer:
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1-1/2 cups self rising flour
1-1/2 sticks butter

2nd layer:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4 oz. Cool Whip

2 pkgs. instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 carton Cool Whip
Cherries to garnish
Lemon zest if lemon pudding is chosen
Grated chocolate to garnish if chocolate pudding is chosen

Directions:
1st layer:
Mix ingredients. Make a pie crust in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.

2nd layer:
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip (add last) together with mixer. Pour mixture over crust.

3rd layer:
Pudding (flavor of choice). Mix as directed and pour over 2nd layer. Milk Chocolate pudding is great with this dish.

4th layer:
Garnish the top with the rest of Cool Whip (about 3/4 container). Refrigerate.
