2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. 7-up
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Blend Bisquick and sour cream, then add 7-up. This makes a very soft dough. Sprinkle a little flour or Bisquick on cutting board and pat dough out. Cut into biscuits. ( sometimes I just pinch off the dough and pat into a biscuit with floured hands). Melt butter in iron skillet and place biscuits in butter. Bake for 12-15 min. until golden.
