1c. peanut butter (I use crunchy )
1c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 335 for 15 min. You might want to double recipe if you want more than 18 cookies. No flour...Gluten Free!
