6 thick center cut bone-in pork chops
1 pkg. Shake-n-Bake for pork
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing for pork
Crisco or vegetable oil
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare stuffing according to directions. Set aside. Slice pork chop evenly in center to create a pocket for the stuffing. Stuff pork chop. Use toothpick to hold stuffing in pork chop. Place pork chop in Shake-n-Bake bag and coat pork chop. Remove and place on baking sheet. Repeat for all pork chops. Apply small dabs of crisco along side and on top of pork chops or drizzle with vegetable oil. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
