2 lbs hamburger
1/2 lb sausage
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
1 C diced celery
1 medium chopped onion
1 small green diced pepper
1 46 oz can tomato juice
1/2 C sugar
2 cans spaghetti sauce
2 T chili powder (or less)
16 oz box mostaccoili noodles
1/2 C parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' celery, green pepper, onion and garlic in pan sprayed with Pam. Brown hamburger and sausage, drain fat. Add tomato juice, sugar, spaghetti sauce and chili powder (add a little at a time to taste), Stir together and simmer 30 minutes. Cook noodles until half done, add parmesan cheese and mix well. Mix noodles and sauce together in large oven-safe pan. I use my roaster pan. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350º.
