Spaghetti Mix: Combine the following 3 ingredients
1 Box of Spaghetti- cooked al dente in salted water
1 Bottle of Spaghetti Sauce- use bottle of your choice
2 lb. Hamburger Meat - Browned and drained of fat

Cottage Cheese Mixture: Mix all this together
2 Large containers of Cottage Cheese
1C. of Parmesan Cheese
4T. Parsley
2tsp. Salt

3 Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed, drained and excess moisture squeezed out)
2 Pkg. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Layer 1/2 of Spaghetti mix in a large pan. Spoon Cottage Cheese Mixture on top. Layer Spinach over cottage cheese. Top with other 1/2 of Spaghetti Mix.

Cook covered in preheated 350 oven for 30-40 minutes. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. If you do this increase oven time to 45-50 minutes. Uncover sprinkle mozzarella on top. Cook another 7-10 minutes till cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

This recipe serves 12 but can be cut in half.
