6 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup butter (for pasting on flour)
2 + 1/2 cups water
(Makes 5 to 6 rotis)

Directions:
Directions:
Use roti recipe to make a dough.
Let it sit still for 5 minutes.
Make small 3" dough balls, let sit for another 5 minutes.
Brush butter on one side of dough and roll again.
Flatten the rolled dough balls with a rolling pin.
Cook the flatted dough on a Tawa (or a heated flat pan) and brush with butter or oil on both sides of dough, flipping until cooked, about 2 minutes.
Drain on paper towels. Scrunch up and serve.
