1 bag Oreo cookies, crushed
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. Cool whip

Directions:
Cream together cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. In separate bowl blend milk and pudding until set. Then fold in cool whip and cream cheese mixture. Layer cream and Oreos and chill.
